eLoad vs Call Card in Vmobile


Many of us experienced loading a "call card" instead of "electronic load". E-load has X on the suffix of the product code. For example G100 is a Globe Call & Text card 100 whileG100X is a Globe Autoloadmax 100 (e-load). When you load a call card, you are like telling the system to scratch a physical card for you and it will send you a call card # and PIN which you can manually load.
 
How to load your SMART BRO using a load card?
  1. LX will text you the 14-digit PIN.
  2. On any Smart GSM cell phone, text Reload and send to 1510. Example: Type in Reload 12345678912345 09291234678 then send to 1510.
  3. You will receive an SMS from 1510 on the Smart GSM cell phone showing the updated Prepaid balance and another SMS on your Smart Bro modem messageinbox confirming load receipt.
For Globe and Touch Mobile Subscribers in the Philippines
  1. Dial 223 and press Send
  2. Follow the voice prompts.
  3. Enter your Call Card Number then press #
  4. Enter you Call Card PIN then press #
For Globe and Touch Mobile Subscribers in the USA
  1. Dial *123* + call card number + PIN + # sign. (Do not put spaces in between sequence) Ex. *123* 1234567890123456#
  2. Press SEND & wait for this confirmation message to flash on the screen. “Please wait while we process your request.”
  3. You will receive a message shortly after. “Reload successful new balance is Pxxx”
For Globe and Touch Mobile Subscribers in Canada
  1. Key in load+call card number+pin. (Do not put spaces in between the sequence) Ex. load1234567899123456, then SEND to 2215
  2. Press SEND wait for this confirmation message to flash on the screen. “Please wait while we process your request.”
  3. You will receive a message shortly after. “Reload successful new balance is Pxxx
For Smart Subscribers in the Philippines
  1. Dial 1510 + 14 digit PIN and press Send/ Call. A voice prompt will confirm your successful reload attempt.
For Talk and Text Subscribers in the Philippines
  1. Dial 1511 + 14 digit PIN and press Send/ Call. A voice prompt will confirm your successful reload attempt.
For Smart and Talk and Text Subscribers in the USA
  1. You will receive a text message confirming that the reload attempt is successful.
    Note: You need a prevailing P20.00 balance as reloading with PINs while roaming cost P20.00 per reload
For SUN Cellular Subscribers
Choose between two convenient ways to load up your account:
  1. Via text confirmation
    • Dial *220# followed by the 9-digit call card number and the 5-digit PIN then # sign. (Ensure that there are no spaces between characters) Press SEND.
  2. Via voice instructions
    • Dial 220 and press SEND
    • After a prompt, press 1
    • Key in the 9-digit call card number and 5-digit PIN
    • A voice announcement will inform you of your updated balance.
Important reminders:
  1. 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited has a distinct validity period from other Sun Cellular prepaid loads and plans.
  2. Loading 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited will not form part of your regular load.
  3. Upon loading 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited, you will receive two messages indicating your regular load balance and the validity of your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited service.
  4. Once your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited card is activated, your local calls and local texts to other Sun subscribers will be FREE of charge within the validity period, 7 days for P100 and 30 days for P350.
  5. To check the validity of your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited service, simply dial *221# then press SEND to receive a text update on your regular load balance and your 24/7 Call & Text Unlimited service validity.
